Responsibilities
Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next‑level customer experiences, upselling must‑have accessories, and hyping up promos to drive revenue.
Piercing Excellence: Become a trusted guide for customers—conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions throughout the process.
Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta‑worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy‑to‑shop layouts that make browsing fun and effortless.
Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high‑energy vibe.
Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products and stay plugged into the latest fashion and social‑media trends to help customers find their perfect style.
Store Operations: Oversee operations—including inventory, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities—to reflect the fun and joy that defines Claire’s.
Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s haul on social media, turning their experience into the next viral moment.
About You
Sales‑Obsessed Energy: Love making a sale, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.

Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales‑driving responsibility.

Job Requirements
Can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
Have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
Can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11‑35kg (25‑75lbs), bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise.
Passionate about allowing customers to express themselves freely every day.
Motivated to provide excellent service throughout customer visits and inspired by teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self‑expression.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and management.
Grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
Driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self‑motivated and organized, able to work independently when required.
Passion for fashion, staying up to date with latest trends to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Can create a curated fashion look with products during your shift.

Compensation and Benefits Compensation Range: $9.50 – $11.00 per hour. Claire’s is committed to compensating at or above the legally mandated minimum wage. Full‑time employees receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, voluntary welfare plans, a bonus plan, 401(k) match, vacation time, sick time* and paid leave. Part‑time employees receive voluntary welfare plans, 401(k) match, vacation time, sick time* and paid leave in required states. *
For the State of Washington, all employees accrue paid sick time at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
