Job Description Position : Custodian / General Cleaner Location : Nashville, TN, United States of America Salary : $12.00 – $12.00 per hour Shift : Full‑time or Part‑time, 1st/2nd/3rd Shift, School Hours, Summer

Job Skills / Requirements General Cleaners are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. General Cleaners perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility.

Essential Functions

Sweeping, dusting, and mopping (wet and dry)

Vacuuming and extracting carpet

Stripping and waxing floors

Removing trash and recycling

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms

Polishing outdoor areas within 10 feet of entryways

Washing windows, cleaning desks, walls, furniture, doors, and interior glass

Cleaning chalkboards, whiteboards, blinds, and light fixtures

Performing any other duties directed by the custodial supervisor or designated representative

Job Requirements Excellent work history, team‑focused approach, ability to follow direction, physically demanding fast‑paced environment, reliable transportation, background check required.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school degree preferred, but not required.

Experience: Previous cleaning experience a plus.

Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push, and pull

Maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally

Extensive walking and standing for the duration of the shift

Mobility sufficient to perform assigned tasks within production and service time frames

Ability to work in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
