Care Management Support Eligible for annual merit increases Opportunities for advancement Online and in‑person education and training Recognition through the ACE Awards Core Responsibilities
Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support. Communicate and document progress with the care team. Maintain a safe & comfortable home environment for clients. What Makes You a Great Candidate
Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged) Compassionate personality Patient, kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults HCA registered (Arosa will help you with this process!) Drug screen, criminal background check + LiveScans in California. Authorized to work in the U.S. Company Introduction
