TUTTLE-CLICK FORD LINCOLN pay range This range is provided by TUTTLE-CLICK FORD LINCOLN. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range $33.00/yr – $173.00/yr
Compensation Heavy Line Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 and $173.00. The position also may pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Additionally this position may also pay a retention bonus of $1.25 per every booked hour.

Ford Heavy Line Technician Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning to required specifications.
Perform vehicle inspection to identify necessary repairs.
Inspect and test vehicles to determine necessary and applicable repair work.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for service repairs.
Participate in on‑going company and manufacturing training and education programs, to stay current and abreast of changing technology.
Qualifications
Prior Experience with Heavy Line
Reynolds/Ignite experience a plus!
ASE and manufacturer certification
Previous experience at an automotive dealership
Strong understanding of the service drive
Years of experience vary per position
High school diploma or equivalent
Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand‑eye coordination
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer competencies
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment
Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Valid driver’s license and insurability by employer’s carrier
Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
Willing to submit to pre‑employment drug screen and background check
