Responsibilities
Perform mechanical tasks of disassembling and reassembling equipment
Complete physical tasks of scrubbing, sweeping, and washing bakery equipment
Execute tests on surfaces for the potential of micro‑contamination
Qualifications
High attention to detail
High school education or equivalent, or two years of relevant experience
Ability to disassemble equipment and reassemble
Strong experience/knowledge of operating hand‑held tools
Understanding of liquid and solid measurements
Ability to work hours 9:30 pm–5:30 am
