Base pay range $23.00/hr - $34.00/hr
Full or part‑time hair stylist in a high volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base. LSGF Management is the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. We strive to provide the highest “effective wage” in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). The average effective wage of our staff last week was $32.06/hr. Some staff earn less, some earn substantially more, but no one earns less than $20‑hr total.
Benefits include free shears for an interview ($199 MSRP), a $300 signing bonus, and ongoing training (both virtual and hands‑on).
Responsibilities
Consult with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
Listen to clients’ needs to determine their preferences.
Describe different hair care products and their benefits.
Shampoo, cut, and style hair.
Requirements
Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license.
Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow‑dryers is helpful.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset and a good eye for design.
