Stylist – LSGF Management
Join a high‑volume Great Clips franchise with a flexible schedule for full‑ or part‑time stylists. We pride ourselves on offering the highest effective wage in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $32.06/hr. Free shears ($199 MSRP) for interviews, $300 signing bonus, ongoing virtual and hands‑on training.
Base pay range $23.00/hr – $34.00/hr
Responsibilities
Consult with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
Listen to clients’ needs to determine their preferences.
Describe different hair care products and their benefits.
Shampoo, cut, and style hair.
Requirements
Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license.
Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow‑dryers is helpful.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset and a good eye for design.
No minimum experience required; entry level. Full‑time employment in Flowery Branch, GA.
