About the Role Sifted is hiring a customer experience‑minded professional to deliver lunch to our clients’ locations. The role involves managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted. You will meet with the culinary team at the kitchen, pick up lunch, and deliver it to the client’s office. You will also collect feedback—including specific metrics—and report back to the Community Manager, suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
Requirements: Ability to drive a company van and a valid driver’s license.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted.
Meeting with the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch, and deliver to the client’s office.
Collecting feedback, including specific metrics, and reporting back to the Community Manager.
Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.

Compensation: $27/hr.
24 hours of PTO per year; paid company holidays.
100% mileage reimbursement.

Eligibility This position must maintain a ServSafe Food Handler card (company‑paid) and have a valid driver’s license.
Work Environment This is a position based both in a commercial kitchen and on‑site in client offices.
Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and bend, squat, and reach.
The Pay Range for This Role $27/hr (New York City Kitchen).
