Part-Time Office Cleaning Attendant

Shift:
5 pm – 10 pm, Monday – Friday.
Location:
Waterfront and Riverfront Towers, 325 W Main St, Louisville, KY.
Responsibilities Deliver an excellent tenant experience by maintaining office cleanliness, sanitation, and dust control in accordance with standards. Assist with special projects or requests from Housekeeping Management. Maintain positive tenant relations at all times. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements. Transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities, and equipment to assigned offices and positions securely. Remove all dust, debris, and foreign particles from upholstered furniture. Clean windows, frames, and ledges; wash windows as assigned. Primary duties include vacuuming, dusting, polishing woodwork, removing trash, and emptying ashtrays. Bathroom cleaning and maintenance are a priority.
