Pay Rate: First year average for drivers is $65,000 - $95,000
Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000
Route schedules will vary

What You’ll Do As a CDL-A Delivery Driver
Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition
Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery
Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises
Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in accordance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions
Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications You’ll Bring As a CDL-A Teammate
At least 21 years of age
Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A)
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience
Meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely
