Benefits You Can Count On
Pay Rate: $65,000 to $110,000 per year (train‑period pay $55k–$70k).
Sign‑on bonus: Up to $15,000, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do As a CDL‑A Delivery Driver
Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑ and post‑trip and submit a DOT inspection report.
Verify the bill of lading and store keys for accurate off‑hour delivery.
Drive the tractor‑trailer to the destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and at customer premises.
Maintain the driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in accordance with DOT regulations—document delivery receipts, product temperatures, and exceptions.
Unload the trailer and deliver the product into the customer’s premises.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You’ll Bring
At least 21 years of age.
Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely and effectively.
