Responsibilities Our restaurants operate professional, fast‑paced, scratch kitchens. You will work line and prep cook positions that require high expectations for food presentation and execution. You will coordinate with other employees, including assembler, expo, and management, to ensure clean station, proper sanitation protocols, opening duties, and closing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
Previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
