Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
1 year previous kitchen/culinary/chef experience on a broiler is preferred, but not required.
Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment, including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens.
Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
Job Description Our restaurants operate professional, fast‑paced, scratch kitchens. Dishwashers must meet high expectations for food presentation and execution on spotless clean kitchenware. They work in an open‑kitchen layout, coordinating with other team members and management. The position is responsible for proper dish cleaning while maintaining a clean station and workspace. Proper sanitation protocols must be followed. Responsibilities also include opening duties and closing cleaning duties.
