Part‑Time Weekend Concierge Company Overview:

Since 1931, The B. F. Saul Company has acquired, renovated, constructed, and managed residential properties in the Washington Metropolitan area. The Residential division currently comprises five luxury properties

Lyon Place

(Arlington, VA),

The Waycroft

(Arlington, VA),

Park Van Ness

(Washington, DC),

The Kennedy‑Warren

(Washington, DC), and

The Milton at Twinbrook Quarter

(Arlington, VA). The division prides itself on delivering high‑level resident service.

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Part‑Time Weekend Concierge will provide superior customer service at the front desk for all residents, visitors, and vendors. The shift is Saturday‑Sunday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm.

Responsibilities

Maintain a gracious approach to all activities.

Present a professional image at all times.

Greet and respond to resident requests and inquiries.

Address residents’ concerns in accordance with the company’s customer service standards.

Ensure that only authorized individuals enter the building.

Manage multiple phone lines and direct calls to the appropriate destination.

Assist with resident packages and mail.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Related experience as a concierge or strong customer service background.

Ability to work under pressure.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow‑through skills.

Strong written, verbal, and computer skills.

Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 25 lbs. or more, talk and hear regularly, stand for prolonged periods, walk long distances, sit, climb stairs, stoop down, and bend down.
