The Residential division focuses on acquisition, renovation, construction, and management of residential property in the Washington Metropolitan area, with properties including The Waycroft, Park Van Ness, The Kennedy-Warren, Lyon Place, and The Milton at Twinbrook Quarter. Coming soon Hampden House (2025). The division emphasizes high levels of customer service to ensure resident satisfaction. Position: Lead Concierge at The Milton at Twinbrook Quarter. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Lead Concierge provides superior front desk service for residents, visitors, and vendors and oversees the concierge team. This shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, with potential weekend and night shifts. Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service at the front desk for residents, visitors, and vendors. Oversee the concierge team and ensure professional service standards are met. Greet and respond to resident requests and inquiries; address concerns per company standards. Ensure that only authorized individuals enter the building. Manage multiple phone lines and direct calls appropriately. Assist with resident packages and mail. Create and manage monthly concierge schedule. Find shift coverage when concierges call out. What You Bring

High school diploma or GED. Related experience as a concierge or strong customer service background. Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through. Strong written, verbal, and computer skills; knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Flexible attitude and ability to adapt quickly to various situations; positive, helpful demeanor. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts; ability to work independently. Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 25 lbs or more; regularly talk and hear; stand for prolonged periods or walk long distances; occasionally sit, climb stairs, stoop, and bend. Core Company Competencies
