The Role
The Barback provides supplies to the bartender, assists in maintaining the bar area, and ensures excellent guest service in the concessions environment. Responsibilities
Stock bar items daily and refill ice bins as needed. Anticipate needs throughout the shift. Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized. Arrive timely, prepared to start at the scheduled time, and set up as directed. Abide by the operating standards in the policy and procedure manual. Ensure prompt, quality service is provided. Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required from time to time. Qualifications
At least 18 years of age. Ability to interact with co‑workers to ensure compliance with company service standards. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English to communicate with guests. Capacity to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds. Availability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Mobility to perform assigned production tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods. Two to three years of work experience in a fast‑paced bar, high‑end club, or restaurant. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training.
