Barback MUMH Restaurant
– Legends Global (Position posted until 11/12 or until filled)
Pay: $18.81 hourly – Part‑time seasonal. Eligible for 401(k) and Colorado Sick Leave.
Responsibilities
Stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed.
Anticipate bar needs throughout the shift.
Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized; complete assigned bar‑closing duties.
Report to work on time and be prepared to start at the scheduled start time.
Run food for bar patrons as required.
Abide by operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual.
Ensure prompt, quality service is provided.
Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required from time to time.
Qualifications
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to interact with co‑workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds; occasionally 50 pounds.
Availability to work all sporting events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Mobility sufficient to perform assigned production tasks such as constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
Two to three years of experience working in a fast‑paced bar, high‑end club, or restaurant.
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training.
