What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of complex equipment and systems
Manage customer projects including needs identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
Develop and write necessary documentation such as validation project plans and technical reports
Act as the primary contact for customers to resolve commercial and technical issues
Collaborate with a team while also working independently on various tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School diploma or GED
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Ability to travel 50% of the time
A valid driver's license
Minimum of 4 years of related experience in a technical field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in industrial automation sectors such as Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, or Water/Wastewater
Familiarity with Low Voltage PowerFlex Drives or Medium Voltage Drives
PLC programming experience using RSLogix and FactoryTalk Studio software
Knowledge of PowerFlex products and applications, as well as Ethernet/IP and Stratix Switches
Experience with Servo/Motion control and multiple networking protocols
