Responsibilities
Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
Maintain a clean and organized salon
Handle cash, open and close business
Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age 18 years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in a retail/customer‑service environment
Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
