Responsibilities
Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements
Maintain a clean and organized salon
Handle cash, including opening and closing procedures
Complete daily administrative paperwork and track sales goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age 18 years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a retail or customer service environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend for at least 7 hours per day
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
