Job Description WHAT WE'RE DOING
This position is responsible for the full supplier lifecycle management of Complex Mechanical Structures and Engineering Design Built Cables supporting the International Mission Systems (IMS) portfolio which includes Japanese, Spanish, Canadian, and other International Radar solutions within Multi‑Domain Combat Systems (MDCS).
THE WORK
As the Subcontract Manager, this position will be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on various complexity level products for Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales programs.
Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams.
Holds procurement delegation, creates and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of complex mechanical and engineering‑built equipment for subcontract systems in support of development and production contracts.
Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.
This position will also develop dual sourcing opportunities with a focus on developing In‑Country suppliers from European, Asian, and Canadian countries in support of specific radar offerings.
This position must interact collaboratively within the IMS sourcing team for radar portfolios and take ownership of material base, sourcing strategy, support production/capture activities, sustainment and spares procurements.
This position will report to the Asia and Australia Mission Systems Subcontract Program Management lead but will service the whole IMS portfolio.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Experience in subcontract management.
Negotiation skills.
Prior experience and/or knowledge of SAP or P2P.
Experience managing supplier relationships and cross functional teams.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated communication, negotiation, presentation, and documentation skills.
Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures associated with FAR / DFAR requirements.
Experience with International Programs.
Master problem solving skills, and risk mitigation acumen.
Experience managing critical major suppliers.
Ability to be onsite in Moorestown, NJ.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Vendor development / second sourcing experience.
