Base Pay Range $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Job Summary The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting customers to and from the dealership, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This role requires excellent driving skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport customers to and from the dealership within a designated service area using company-provided vehicles.
Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing a welcoming experience.
Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, performing daily inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules.
Assist customers with entering and exiting the vehicle, including handling light luggage or personal items as needed.
Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to the Service Manager immediately.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years).
At least 21 years of age (due to insurance requirements).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to navigate local roads efficiently, with knowledge of the [Insert Location] area preferred.
Strong time-management skills and ability to adhere to schedules.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist customers as needed.
Previous experience in customer service or driving roles is a plus.
Working Conditions
Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
Schedule based on dealership hours.
Work involves driving in various weather conditions and interacting with customers regularly.
