Levy Restaurants is hiring a Concessions Bar Back at Energizer Park Home of St. Louis, MO. Job Summary
Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom on a daily basis and replenishes all liquor, beer, wine in the bar throughout the shift. Assists with daily cleaning duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Retrieve all needed food items from the kitchen and deliver to bar area. Retrieve all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar area. Set up bottles on bar, placing top-shelf liquor on back shelf. Ensure beer taps are working properly. Place appropriate bar snacks on counter; keep supplies (snacks, napkins) stocked throughout shift. Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned. Bus tables in bar area. Help ensure cleanliness and tidiness of bar or lounge areas; wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors; sweep and mop service areas, including floor mats. Ensure rubbish is removed from all receptacles. Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist bartender. Perform other duties as assigned. Benefits and Perks
