Position
Guest Service Center Agent – Casual at Andaz.
Summary Andaz Maui at Wailea is the first resort for the Andaz brand. Situated on Maui’s premier southwestern coastline, the 15-acre beachfront resort will be located along Mokapu Beach in Wailea, one of the most sought after leisure and resort destinations in the world. The luxury resort community of Wailea includes a 1.2-mile-long oceanfront beach path connecting five crescent-shaped, golden-sand beaches, a premier shopping center and distinguished restaurants.
Responsibilities
Ensuring that all guest-related calls are handled in a professional and expeditious manner.
Taking spa and restaurant reservations for the resort’s facilities.
Dispatching all guest requests to the appropriate hotel department.
Supporting the Revenue hosts and activity partners in all guest-related communications.
Communicating daily with the hotel on VIP arrivals, special requests, and daily activities.
Performing the above duties during overnight shifts.
Compensation 90‑Day Probationary Rate: $24.23 Hourly Rate: $28.50

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to provide a minimum of two overnight work shifts weekly
Experience with HotSOS, OPERA, Book4Time, OpenTable, RESERVE, MICROS, and Microsoft Office preferred
