Responsibilities
Provide efficient and courteous customer service, supporting the mission to run the best store in town.
Maintain a positive, friendly, and fun working environment through flexibility and teamwork, greeting and speaking to customers.
Ensure all self‑service products are properly packaged, weigh correctly and meet ingredients and regulation standards.
Follow the company Food Safety program.
Assist in stocking, rotating products, and organizing cooler arrangements.
Assist with receiving, ordering, pricing, and ensuring correct image dates on all processed meats.
Keep workstations and surrounding area neat and clean; sanitize departments at least twice a day.
Attend on‑site work during scheduled shifts and adhere to attendance policies.
Perform light cutting work as required.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years.
Ability to meet standard physical, mental and visual demands.
Ability to understand and follow verbal or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks, and interact with various levels of individuals daily.
Attendance of scheduled shifts to comply with time and attendance policies.
