We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.
Responsibilities
Work one‑on‑one with children using individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
Implement evidence‑based techniques to teach communication, social, daily living, and functional skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
Maintain accurate data collection and contribute to team meetings and clinical supervision.
Stand, walk, sit, kneel, crouch, squat, and lift children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds as required by the job duties.
Qualifications
Passionate about helping children with autism.
Patient, compassionate, and a team player.
18+ years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test (if not obtained in the last year).
Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check.
Physical ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Candles must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding.
Pay Range Pay Range:
$17 - $20
