Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician

Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one support to children under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence‑based techniques.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
Maintain a positive, compassionate, and team‑oriented work environment.
Engage in physical activity required to support children, including standing, walking, carrying, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other positions as needed.
Qualifications
Passionate about helping children with autism.
Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
18+ years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and a recent Tuberculosis test.
Pass a pre‑employment background check.
Physical ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and lift up to 50 pounds.
Spanish bilingual proficiency.
Pay Range $18-24 per hour
Additional Qualifications (not Required)
Experience as a Behavioral Technician, working with children with autism or other learning disabilities, Teacher’s Aid, Tutor, CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide.
