About the Role Join The Goddard School of Estero, FL as an INFANT Teacher and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our youngest learners! We are looking for passionate individuals who are dedicated to nurturing and developing infants in a safe and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.
Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote development.
Observe and document children's progress and milestones.
Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
Experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
CPR and First Aid certification required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Background check and clearance required.
Positive, nurturing demeanor with a love for children.
