The FIL Inspector position is mainly responsible for the inspection of completed production vehicles for quality related issues. Responsibilities

Vehicle inspection

Inspect exterior of new vehicles for defects and damage Inspect assigned interior features of new vehicles for defects and damages Properly identify all quality defects and damages on units coming down their line

Document & Report all defects

Properly identify all defects and damages Document all quality/damage issues, in order to track the number of issues and whether they are increasing or decreasing Report any increase of the same defects to the Supervisor Report any recurring issues to the Supervisor, so HMMA can be made aware and corrective action can be made Assist in other area's when needed

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills Required Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Required Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Required Ability to follow established procedures and safety practices Required Ability to work independently and within a team structure Required Education & Experience

High School Diploma/G.E.D Required Must hold a valid state‑issued driver's license without restrictions Required Physical Requirements

This position works in a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting at Montgomery, AL.
