Administrative Care Technician
Medical City Alliance in Fort Worth, TX looks for an enthusiastic Administrative Care Technician to support high quality, patient‑centered care.
Overview As an Administrative Care Technician, you will perform clerical and front desk tasks, maintain patient confidentiality, support nursing staff, and help keep the unit organized and safe.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate department, and inform them of wait times.
Maintain a positive, customer‑oriented demeanor.
Perform patient‑centered secretarial tasks, such as physician order entry, chart labeling, ordering, and organization.
File patient charts after discharge and de‑assemble charts.
Monitor unit and patient rooms to assess availability of supplies.
Assist with rounding, respond to call lights and patient requests.
Assist in the setup, removal, and cleaning of equipment and identify malfunctioning equipment to initiate repairs.
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License Required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
1 year of hospital experience preferred.
