Assistant Community Manager Company Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and financial management of a housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager.

Supervise leasing, maintenance, financial, administrative and risk‑management functions during the Community Manager’s absence.

Process and reconcile all accounts, post payments and collect rent, manage credit/late notices, and ensure accurate resident account records.

Maintain property appearance, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and enforce safety and fair‑housing policies.

Provide personnel management, train and develop onsite staff, and administer staffing levels and employee performance.

Implement leasing and marketing strategies, execute lease agreements, and manage resident retention programs.

Prepare monthly close procedures, reports, and budgeted financial statements.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma with two years of housing industry experience (or equivalent).

Proficiency with onsite software, basic computer skills.

Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 lb.

Work in various environments, including confined spaces, ladders, and outdoor conditions.

Occasional overtime, weekend, and night work possible.

Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.00 to $26.00, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid sick leave, holiday pay, and performance‑based bonuses. Full‑time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays.

Salary Range $24.00–$26.00 per hour.

Other Employment is full‑time, mid‑senior level. Position located in Orlando, FL.
