Position Overview

Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding service throughout their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion. They will act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming experience that reflects the resort’s core values of authenticity, humility, teamwork, and trust. RATE OF PAY: Full-time, hourly at rate of $20.00. WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

Front Office Operation – you will serve as the South Seas Ambassador, welcoming guests to the resort. Responsibilities

Register guests and process check‑in and check‑out transactions accurately. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations. Perform hotel operator duties and provide concierge assistance. Deliver attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests before, during, and after their stay. Maximize room revenue and occupancy by upselling services and upselling room upgrades. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in hospitality preferred. Experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Valid driver’s license; background check required. Fluent in English; excellent verbal communication skills. Positive, upbeat personality with a strong focus on customer service. Understanding of hotel products and services (including full‑service resort operations). Ability to multi‑task, remain detail‑oriented, and solve problems under pressure. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic electronic equipment. Benefits

Front Desk Agents work in fast‑paced environments and must stand for long periods. Exposure to Florida weather conditions, including high heat and humidity, is expected at the Welcome Gate. Hours Required

40 hours per week, flexible schedule. Required to work weekends and/or holidays. Training will cover all Front Desk shifts, including overnights. Equal Employment Opportunity
