Job Description Senior Helpers provides competitive pay, flexible scheduling, referral bonuses, advancement opportunities, & 24/7 office support.
Responsibilities Personal Care such as bathing, dressing, incontinence care, toileting assistance, & transfer assistance. Housekeeping services such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting. Errands; doctors appointments & grocery shopping. Meal planning & preparation. Exercises. Companionship such as activities, arts & crafts, conversing, etc.
Qualifications Must have home health or facility experience working with the elderly, 1+ years preferred. Alzheimer's/dementia experienced preferred, 1+ years. Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation. Must have 2 professional references and the desire to join a dynamic team. Must be willing to undergo a full background check. Attend the hiring session, In-Service Trainings and keep all Certifications/licensures (driver's license, insurance, etc.) current.
