Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our kitchen team as a Prep Cook. This is an entry‑level position and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the culinary industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping, peeling, and slicing Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items Follow recipes and portion control guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work station Assist with inventory management and stock rotation Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and teamwork skills Schedule consists of 5 days per week, rotating weekends on and off Company Description
