Position Summary Music Festival Bar Staff are responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate beverage service in a high-volume, fast-paced outdoor event environment. This role supports an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are prepared, served, and sold in compliance with company standards and local alcohol laws. This is a seasonal role from December 16, 2025 and will end on March 16, 2026. This role will pay an hourly rate of $10.98 and is tip eligible. This position will remain open until March 16, 2026.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently
Verify guest identification and comply with alcohol service regulations
Accurately process cash and cashless transactions using POS systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Monitor guest behavior and report concerns to supervisors
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
Work collaboratively with team members to meet service demands
Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and restocking as needed
Handle high-volume service during peak event times
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 or 21 years old
Previous bar, concession, or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work long shifts while standing and lifting up to 25 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors and in crowded, high-energy environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Must complete required alcohol service training (e.g., TABC, ServSafe, or equivalent)
