is seeking reliable and motivated Housekeepers to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Housekeeping plays a vital role in resident safety, infection control, and overall facility operations.
Facility The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Pawling
Position Type Full‑Time or Part‑Time
Pay Range $16.00/hr – $17.10 per hour
Available Shifts
Day Shift (Full‑Time or Part‑Time)
Evening Shift (Part‑Time)
Schedule: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Days: Tuesday, Thursday & every other weekend (required)
Key Responsibilities
Clean resident rooms, common areas, and assigned spaces
Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the facility
Remove trash and soiled linens
Clean resident equipment (e.g., wheelchairs) as needed
Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and in working condition
Follow infection control and safety standards
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Dependable and consistent with scheduled shifts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Floor tech experience (stripping & waxing) a plus
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must meet Department of Health requirements
