The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed Maintain visitor logs and issue badges when required Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Communicate effectively with staff and direct inquiries to appropriate departments Follow company policies regarding security and confidentiality Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic office equipment and computer systems Skills
