Job Summary
As a YMCA Lead Sports Instructor, you will coach, referee, and oversee youth sports in the East Madison community. Your role includes developing and implementing practice and lesson plans for sports such as football, basketball, baseball/T‑ball, and volleyball, as well as officiating youth game schedules on weekends. You will create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for kids and families.
Responsibilities

Officiate youth basketball, football, and volleyball games on weekends.
Ensure a positive and safe experience for all participants.
Build meaningful relationships with kids and families.
Qualifications
Must be 18 or older.
Passion for kids and sports.
High energy and positive attitude.
Experience 1–2 years of working with youth, coaching, or in a leadership role.
Hours & Compensation
Part‑time: Weeknights and Saturdays, 10–15 hrs/week.
Salary: $16–$17 per hour.
