Job Description Summary Mechanic/Technician
Are you seeking an entrepreneurial, empowering workplace that allows you to:
Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models & equipment

Responsibilities This role performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime. The fleet may include aerial work platforms, general construction tools, heavy equipment, as well as large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems and oil/gas related equipment.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired
3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with similar diesel equipment, heavy equipment, or specialty‑line equipment strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
May need to provide mechanic’s tools of the trade
Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills
Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills
Flexibility with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location
Physical Demands Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more; work may be indoors or outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range $19.91 - $27.37 per hour (varies by location, education and experience).
