Following a property-wide renovation, The Diplomat transforms into Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort, with its Food and Beverage team elevating its craft to match the sophistication and energy of our refreshed restaurants and reimagined beachfront destination.
We are seeking a
Cook II
to join our exceptional team. We look for an energetic, career‑driven individual with a positive approach to hospitality.
What You’ll Do
Prepare cold food items, including salads, fruits, dressings, fish, and appetizers, according to designated recipes and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
Demonstrate knowledge of menus and food products.
Stock and maintain designated food stations.
Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen.
Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Previous experience in high‑volume, professional kitchen environments.
Detail‑oriented and precise in work.
Experience working in a time‑sensitive environment.
