Production Operator III .

High‑Value Skills: Hands‑on experience in mechanical alignment, dimensional inspection, and part finishing, mentored by seasoned technicians.
Bigger Picture: Direct support of land vehicles, aircraft, and space systems that defend and explore our world.
Responsibilities
Maintain production fixtures and equipment.
Keep production equipment and work area clean.
Document all production and losses.
Communicate process and equipment status.
Review data to ensure product quality during production.
Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions.
What We’re Looking For
Strong eye for detail and steady hand for precision work.
Interest in aerospace, defense, or mechanical processes.
Ability to read or willingness to learn to interpret mechanical drawings.
Dependability and desire to grow in a skilled trade.
Qualifications & Experience
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related area.
