Job Summary As an Applebee's Server, you will be the first and last impression for guests. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You will work hard but have a great time doing it.
Responsibilities
Serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Make recommendations and anticipate guest needs.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Effective communication skills.
Commitment to making an impact.
Retains physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and work 4‑hour shifts.
Physical & Health Standards
Exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours.
Raise, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds.
Transport plates, glasses, baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
Speak clearly and listen attentively.
Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout shift.
Wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently during shift.
