Required Skills & Abilities
At least one (1) year of craft cocktail experience required
Flexible to work holidays and weekends and any PM shift up to 1:00 AM
Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
Comfortable in working with computers for cashiering duties
Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours
Able to lift/carry at least 30 pounds
TABC and Food Handler certification required
Job Description
Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits and paper products
Perform all closing duties including cleaning the bar and lounge area
Greet and engage with guests at the bar and lounge area in a courteous and friendly manner
Abide by all state, federal and hotel requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages and practice prudent portion control
