Abilities
At least one (1) year of restaurant serving required
One (1) year of bartending experience required
Flexible availability to work mid shifts, PM shifts, holidays and weekends
Comfortable in working with computers for cashiering duties
Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
Current TABC and Food Handlers certification
Ability to stand/walk on feet for at least eight (8) hours
Able to carry at least 5-10 pounds
Job Description
Welcome and seat guests in restaurant, take orders and serve in a friendly manner.
Greet guests approaching the bar and be engaging. Take food and beverage orders, mix alcoholic beverages, and serve in a hospitable manner.
Quality check food and ensure order meets guest’s expectations.
Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and bar and perform required opening and closing side work duties.
Engage with guests and resolve concerns and complaints regarding orders and dining experience.
