Position Summary: As a Senior Meat Cutter you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What You’ll Do
Be a Team Member:
Collaborate cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools and tasks, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage.
Be an Expert:
Maintain deep knowledge of meat types and seasonality, process meat per specifications, uphold food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
Be a Techie:
Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, using handheld technology for production decisions.
Be an Owner:
Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, maintain quality standards for high‑volume products, secure fragile merchandise, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
Be a Talent Ambassador:
Advocate for the department, model high‑quality service, and help train associates to perform their duties.
Comply with company policies, standards of ethics and integrity, and the Open Door Policy.
Complete assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and co‑workers; identify priorities and communicate progress.

Compensation Hourly rate: $18.00 to $25.00. Additional premiums may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications
6 months experience in a fresh production department.
Must be 18 years old or older.
Must complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in meat processing.
