As a Senior Meat Cutter you will drive sales in your area, ensure the club meets member expectations, and collaborate with other associates to deliver quality products. Key Responsibilities
Be a Team Member – Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, track goods, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage. Be an Expert – Maintain in‑depth knowledge of meat products, seasonality, and equipment; process meat in compliance with safety, sanitation, and inventory standards; operate and sanitize equipment. Be a Techie – Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates using handheld technology for production decisions and training. Be an Owner – Drive business results, plan for profitability, keep work area compliant with policies, ensure quality for high‑volume meat, eliminate waste, and assist members in purchasing. Be a Talent Ambassador – Advocate for the department, model high‑quality service, train associates, and execute basics at the highest level. Comply with company policies – Implement action plans, use Open Door Policy, and execute practices with ethics and integrity. Complete work assignments – Prioritize, collaborate with managers and partners, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities. 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department. Must be 18 years of age or older. Complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed period if hired. Preferred Qualifications
