Responsibilities
Assist Kitchen Manager and supervise salad, soup, etc.
Coordinate timing of orders and production schedules.
Maintain inventory and schedule writing.
Collaborate with Meat, Seafood, Produce and Grocery departments.
Train and evaluate employees as needed.
Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors and employees.
Qualifications At least 1 year experience in this field, previous management experience, open availability, long-term commitment. Must be 18+.
