Our kitchens feature state‑of‑the‑art, modern facilities that provide a great opportunity to advance your culinary career. This position starts at $17.50 per hour – $20.00 per hour depending on experience, with growth opportunity up to $21.00.

DUTIES
Assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager with daily activities.
Consult with the Chef/Kitchen Manager to ensure timing of orders and production schedules are coordinated.
Produce sandwich, salad, entree, catering trays, and soup for the hot and cold cases.
Perform counter work when needed during busy periods.
Deliver assigned orders and other orders promptly.
Help order and maintain inventory of fresh, frozen, and sundry products.
Train new kitchen workers and assistants.
Prepare deep‑fried, baked, stovetop foods, and salads.
Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors, and employees.
Maintain Health and Safety sanitation requirements.
Hold a current Food Handler card.
QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional cooking experience, be available for any shift including weekends, and be at least 18 years old.
