Duties and Expectations Guest Relations: Greet guests with a smile, use names. Guest Satisfaction: Work to achieve high satisfaction scores. Recovery: Handle challenging situations with hospitality. Hotel Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of amenities. Events: Support all groups and events. Technology: Utilize relevant technology. Phone Etiquette: Answer with friendly service. Spotless Cleanliness: Keep workspaces clean. Pitching In: Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces. Hospitality While Cleaning: Greet guests while cleaning. Product Consistency & Quality: Complete checklists accurately. Shift Handover Reports: Provide accurate reports. Flawless Uniform: Wear clean, approved uniform and nametag. Teamwork: Communicate clearly; maintain a can‑do attitude. Collaboration: Commit to a welcoming environment.

Housekeeping Supervisor Specific Duties Manage Guest Request Log and VIP Management. Oversee Housekeeping Team with daily stand‑up meetings. Perform room inspections and maintain storage rooms. Prepare housekeeping carts, handle supplies, and perform trash/linen removal. Conduct deep cleaning as needed. Lead departmental meetings and manage inventory. Submit maintenance requests and ensure completion. Balance nightly room status reports. Maintain lost and found procedures. Follow chemical safety and key control procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience in hospitality or related field; supervisory experience preferred. Positive, can‑do attitude. Understanding and following guidelines. Ability to handle pace and pressure. Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Hospitality and guest service orientation. Age 18 or older. Willingness to work varied schedule (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays). Adherence to clock‑in/out and break policies.

Physical Working Demands & Working Environment Stand or remain stationary for long periods. Operate computers, perform data entry, manually handle tools. Lift and transport supplies up to 25 lbs. Inspect with close and long‑range observation.
