What You’ll Do

Exemplifies Muckleshoot Casino Resort’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.

Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.

Assemble food order at the expeditor station or assist Chef/Sous Chef with assembling food orders, ensure orders are prepared according to the description on the servers’ ticket.

Prompt delivery of food from kitchen to guest in a professional manner and in accordance with service standards.

Assist food servers and bussers by clearing used dishes and refilling beverages.

Perform side-work, and any other opening or closing duties as required. Ensures that wait staff stations and expediting areas are clean and maintained throughout shift.

Alert management of any service and/or safety issues. Make appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Communicate any additional requests from guests to the food server immediately.

Create, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.

Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.

Food service experience preferred.

Customer service experience and/or training preferred.

A valid WA State Food Health Card/Food Handlers Permit required.

A valid WA State Class 12 Alcohol Permit required.

How You’ll Be Successful

Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.

Ability to demonstrate a well-groomed presence and always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

Ability to follow specific instructions, both oral and written. Read, write, and speak English fluently.

Ability to provide excellent guest service.

Ability to work various shifts.
